Nobody sees your real financials just by finding your listing. The public card shows anonymized bands, revenue and profit ranges, not exact figures or your store's name. A buyer signs an NDA and verifies their funds, which is free, then the full numbers open. You can see exactly who unlocked and when.

What a Stranger Sees Before Unlocking

Category, a broad region, and revenue and profit bands, never your store's name, domain, or exact figures. On Kairos every listing is anonymized by construction, so a buyer forms interest from the shape of the business before anything identifying is on the table. That is the browsing layer, and it costs a visitor nothing at all, however long they linger on the page.

What It Takes to Unlock the Real Numbers

A buyer signs a global NDA once, then verifies their funds, which is free, and unlocks a specific listing's full financials, the verification memo, order-level detail, and everything behind the anonymized card. A buyer who cannot verify funds does not see exact numbers at all. The refundable deposit comes later, when they submit an offer, so the look stays free and the bid is the thing that costs something.

What You Get to See as the Seller

Exactly who unlocked your listing, when, and whether they have engaged since. A buyer who opens your numbers and goes quiet is visible to you, not invisible. Funds verification is the filter at the door: the person already proved they can pay before they saw a real figure. You are not left trusting an NDA alone to do the work of protecting it.
