How it works
Proof First. Then the Deal
Every Kairos deal runs the same track: the numbers get verified from the store's own orders, the buyer sees exactly what we saw, and the money waits in escrow until the handover is real.
Selling a store
- 1
Connect Shopify, read-only
You create a read-only token in your own Shopify admin and paste it in. Kairos can read the order history - it can never touch the store, the products, or the money.
- 2
Eight checks run, in order
Revenue is reconciled at the order level, refunds held against the normal band, and the memo prints every result - including the checks the store's data could not answer.
- 3
A human signs the memo
The results land in a written verification memo with a name on it - not just a badge on a card.
- 4
Listed, wearing its tier
Your listing goes live with the tier it earned. Buyers see the same numbers you do, so there is no fight over whose numbers are right.
Buying a store
- 1
Browse verified listings
Every card shows its trust tier and banded numbers before you commit to anything.
- 2
Sign one NDA, unlock the numbers
Full financials open behind an NDA and free funds verification. Nothing is charged to look.
- 3
Offer, structured
Make a structured offer in the deal room, backed by a refundable EUR 250 deposit. Counters and acceptances live on one shared, time-stamped record.
- 4
Escrow to handover
The money sits with Escrow.com, the licensed escrow provider, while the transfer happens on a checklist. Release comes last, not first.
- 5
After close, we stay
We do not disappear the moment funds release. We stay until every asset has changed hands and you have confirmed each one - no 30-day clock, no ticket left to go cold.
Watch a Memo Happen
This is what buyers wait for: the checks pass one by one, a human signs, and only then does anything turn gold.
Verification memo
Sample
- Shopify orders pulled, read-only
- Reported revenue matches the orders
- Refund rate inside the normal band
- Recent revenue trend checked
- A human reads and signs the memo
Gold appears when the last check passes. Not before.
Three Tiers. Gold Is Earned
Unverified
The seller has claims. We have not checked them. These listings stay clearly marked and never wear gold.
Data Verified
A read-only connection to Shopify. Revenue comes from real orders, not screenshots. Free, always.
Kairos Verified
A person did the due diligence by hand and we put our name on it. Sellers buy it for stores over EUR 100K. This is the only place solid gold exists.
Escrow Holds Until the Handover Is Done
Offer accepted
Both sides sign the structured offer.
Funds in escrow
The buyer pays Escrow.com, not the seller.
Store transferred
Shopify, domain, suppliers - handed over on a checklist.
Handover verified
The buyer confirms every item on the list.
Funds released
Only now does the seller get paid.
The price
The Proof Is Free. The Hours Are Not
Listing is free. You pay a success fee only when a deal closes.
Self-serve
- Asking price
- Any price
- Success fee
- 5% (minimum EUR 500)
- Listing + data check
- Free
Full-service
- Asking price
- EUR 100,000 and up, if you want it
- Success fee
- 12% on the first EUR 500,000, then 9% (minimum EUR 10,000)
- Listing + data check
- Free
You pay a success fee when a deal closes and money moves. Never before that. No listing fee, ever, and checking your numbers against real orders is free. The one thing you can buy up front is Kairos Verified, where a person does the due diligence by hand - and its price comes off your success fee at close.
Pick Your Side of the Table
Sellers get verified and meet real buyers. Buyers see proof before a euro moves. Both start on the same list.
