Listing is free, and so is checking your numbers against real orders. The success fee exists only when a deal closes. Self-serve is 5% (minimum EUR 500) at any price. At EUR 100,000 and up you can choose full-service instead: 12% on the first EUR 500,000, 9% above (minimum EUR 10,000). Kairos Verified due diligence at EUR 2,500 or EUR 5,000 comes off the fee at close.

Why There Is No Listing Fee

A listing fee makes the marketplace money on stores that never sell. Kairos only earns when a seller does, which keeps the incentive pointed the right way: verified listings that actually close.

What the Success Fee Covers

Verification of the store's numbers, the listing itself, buyer NDA handling, the deal room, and escrow coordination through to handover. There are no add-on fees along the way.
